Terrain - Continues on the Tame Valley Canal and then a surprisingly leafy walk through Witton, including the magnificent cemetery. Then the crown jewels, Sutton Park.
Walk Information
Note - Witton Cemetery is only open in daylight hours.
A fantastic stretch with plenty of interest. Even the canal has a flight of locks to break up the previous monotony. Witton is surpisingly walker friendly, with the cemetery, Witton Lakes and Perry Common breaking up the road walking. You could spend a day walking in Sutton Park, which is fitting finale to this leg.
